Deborah Garner, LPC – Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hello, I am a  Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Clinical Mental Health Counselor with several years of professional counseling experience and more than 20 years of ministerial counseling. Through my work, I have developed a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

I believe that every person is unique and deserves care that reflects their individual experiences and needs. I strives to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their struggles and working toward healing. My counseling approach is built on attentive listening, genuine care, and a commitment to meeting each client where they are in their journey.

I work with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to walk alongside my clients through difficult seasons, helping them find clarity, strength, and hope as they move forward.

Through Garner Counseling Service, I am committed to making counseling accessible and accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid.
